Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Shop Justice Hunter. We carefully process every order so your cookbooks, cookware, and kitchen essentials arrive as smoothly as possible.

Physical Products

Physical products—including ProSteel skillets, PrimeGrain cutting boards, and other kitchen tools—are currently shipped within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

To request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible at shopjusticehunter@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Shop Justice Hunter is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

When tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask other household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier.
  4. Allow one additional business day, as some packages are marked delivered shortly before arrival.

After completing those steps, contact shopjusticehunter@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the situation. Shop Justice Hunter is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist whenever reasonably possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your physical products promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopjusticehunter@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging and label

Please keep the product and its original packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Digital Products

Digital cookbooks and ebooks do not require physical shipping. Download instructions are normally delivered electronically after payment is completed.

Digital products may arrive separately from physical products purchased in the same order. Check your email inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder for the download message.
